This paper has been digitized, optimized for electronic delivery and stamped with digital signature within the project DML-CZ: The Czech Digital Mathematics Library We briefly discuss an abstract approximation framework and a convergence theory of parameter estimation for a general class of nonautonomous nonlinear evolution equations. A detailed discussion of the above theory has been given earlier by the authors in another paper. The application of this theory together with numerical results indicating the feasibility of this general least squares approach are presented in the context of quasilinear reaction diffusion equations.

Numerical modeling for nonlinear biochemical reaction networks
Nowadays, numerical models have great importance in every field of science, especially for solving the nonlinear differential equations, partial differential equations, biochemical reactions, etc. The total time evolution of the reactant concentrations in the basic enzyme-substrate reaction is simulated by the Runge-Kutta of order four (RK4) and by nonstandard finite difference (NSFD) method. A...
متن کاملNumerical Solution of The First-Order Evolution Equations by Radial Basis Function
In this work, we consider the nonlinear first-order evolution equations: $u_t=f(x,t,u,u_x,u_{xx})$ for $0 to initial condition $u(x,0)=g(x)$, where $u$ is a function of $x$ and $t$ and $f$ is a known analytic function. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the method of RBF to existing method in solving nonlinear first-ord...
متن کاملEvolutionary optimization with data collocation for reverse engineering of biological networks
MOTIVATION Modern experimental biology is moving away from analyses of single elements to whole-organism measurements. Such measured time-course data contain a wealth of information about the structure and dynamic of the pathway or network. The dynamic modeling of the whole systems is formulated as a reverse problem that requires a well-suited mathematical model and a very efficient computation...
متن کاملNumerical Solution of Nonlinear PDEs by Using Two-Level Iterative Techniques and Radial Basis Functions
Radial basis function method has been used to handle linear and nonlinear equations. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the method of RBF to an existing method in solving nonlinear two-level iterative techniques and also the method is implemented to four numerical examples. The results reveal that the technique is very effective and simple. Th...
متن کاملAnalytical and Numerical Studies on Hydromagnetic Flow of Boungiorno Model Nanofluid over a Vertical Plate
MHD boundary layer flow of two phase model nanofluid over a vertical plate is investigated both analytically and numerically. A system of governing nonlinear partial differential equations is converted into a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations by suitable similarity transformations and then solved analytically using homotopy analysis method and numerically by the fourth order Rung...
